For Sale: OTT Unimatic 25.8F Edgebander with Ligmatech ZHR 15 Return System

We are selling an OTT Unimatic 25.8F edgebanding machine combined with a Ligmatech ZHR 15 return conveyor table. The units are sold exclusively as a complete set (line).

Key Features and Customizations:

Custom Grooving Units: The machine has been upgraded with two additional milling units—one for lateral grooving from the front and one for vertical grooving from the top. It was primarily used for the production of interior door frames.

Stability Upgrades: Custom-built stabilization rollers have been added to the interior side to ensure precision when processing narrow workpieces.

Recent Maintenance: Last year, the glue application unit (including the roller) was completely replaced with a new one. The track pads (shoes) were also replaced.

Condition and Dimensions:
Condition: The machine is rarely used but has been regularly maintained and serviced by TIBO. It is currently in full working order and available for testing on-site.

Dimensions: Total line length is 11m, width is 2m.
