For sale is a highly productive pallet manufacturing system for four-way pallets. The main line from P+K GmbH was completely overhauled in 2019 and has seen very little use since then. The system efficiently covers the entire process from stringer pre-fabrication, main nailing, IPPC branding to nesting/stacking.

Technical Data & Highlights:

• Changeover Times: Fully automatic adjustment of almost all components at the push of a button!
• Main Line Performance: 400–600 four-way pallets / 8 hours with only 2 operators
• Stringer Line Performance: High-performance cycle time of approx. 4 seconds per stringer

System Components:

Pos. 1a: Template Nailing Machine P+K Type M/III/27/1500 (Year 2012 / Overhauled 2019)
• Robust open frame, 1,700 mm passage width, max. nail spacing 1,500 mm.
• 27 nail feeders in 3 nail hoppers (gearbox brake motor), stepper motor nail ejector.
• 1 set (20 pcs) of hammer boxes on a movable frame. For nail lengths 25–90 mm.
• 11.5 kW eccentric main drive, frequency-controlled template transport (without templates).
• Siemens S7 control system, touch panel, memory for 99 layouts.
• Pneumatic upper pallet guide (up to 9 deck boards), nail loading platform, central lubrication.

Pos. 1b: Fully Automatic Stringer Nailing Machine VANDERLOO (Year 2001)
• Mechanical eccentric nailing, automatic format adjustment at the push of a button.
• Stringer dimensions: Length 600–1,400 mm | Width 80–150 mm (Euro & special sizes).
• Autonomous operation: 3 block feeders with NEW buffer belts & block control.
• 1 automatic board magazine, 9 nail feeders with eject control, run-out buffer.
• Support/spare parts guaranteed in the long term by successor AVM Metaalbewerking.

Pos. 2: Intermediate transfer unit with integrated IPPC branding station (approx. 2,500 mm)

• Pallet transport for intermediate processes, release manually or via automation.
• Auto-adjustment at the push of a button: Width (700-1500 mm) & height motorized via spindle.
• 2 longitudinally adjustable branding units (heating elements 2x 1,100 W), pneumatic pressing.
• Temperature control unit with preheating circuit.

Pos. 3: Positioning table
• Further transport to the stacking position, adjustable stop system, driven chain conveyors.
• Synchronized auto-parallel adjustment via spindles (width 700-1500 mm).

Pos. 4: Portal Stacker (Fully Automatic with Nesting)
• Stable double-column portal with lifting crossbeam (chain) & swivel arm. Siemens S7 PLC.
• Auto-gripper arm adjustment at the push of a button to pallet length.
• Capacity: Sizes 600x600 to 1600x1600 mm, stacking height up to max. 3.0 m.

Pos. 5 & 6: Conveyor & Safety Devices
• Heavy-duty removal conveyor (approx. 5,900 mm), driven at 8 m/min.
• Including all protective devices according to the layout plan.
