Manual machine for re-grinding the seat of carbide saw teeth, with a cutting-off device for carbide saw blades that require repair, with a diameter of 100 to 800 mm, where the carbide teeth are soldered on too long.

This machine is equipped with a double grinding wheel holder and a double saw blade holder for 2 different applications.

Right side: Re-grinding the seat after desoldering, using a 175 mm diameter and 4 mm wide ceramic grinding wheel, with an adjustment scale from 15° negative to 35° positive, and blade thickness adjustment.
Left side: Cutting off carbide teeth that are soldered on too long, using a 150 or 175 mm diameter and approximately 1 mm wide diamond cutting disc. Adjustment scale for rake angle, 15° negative to 35° positive. The cutting-off process takes place at a 0° blade angle.

Face grinding with the help of a diamond grinding wheel
Re-sharpening on the circumference of the saw blade at 0°
