Used Rinsing Machine Poggio for glass bottles 6000 bph

Structural features of the used rinsing machine Poggio

The Used Rinsing Machine Poggio for glass bottles 6000 bph operates with 24 grippers specifically designed to process 0.75-liter glass bottles. First of all, the machine follows a clockwise rotation and performs a single rinsing phase. Additionally, the rotating support interfaces directly with the grippers, which securely hold each bottle to ensure accurate positioning and tilting. As a result, the system optimizes the efficiency of the rinsing cycle. Moreover, engineers built the stainless steel frame to endure intensive production environments, while protective enclosures enhance safety in humid bottling areas.

Treatment system and operating principles

The machine performs a single rinsing cycle using only water, without relying on any chemical agents. Notably, the Used Rinsing Machine Poggio for glass bottles 6000 bph integrates a no bottle no spray system, which activates the spray only when it detects the presence of a bottle. In contrast, it disables the spray if no container is in position. Consequently, the machine avoids wasting water and conserves energy used for pumping. Furthermore, this feature—technically referred to as spray activation conditioned by bottle presence—protects the spray nozzles from premature wear. In fact, the control system operates through sensors or mechanical cams that allow spraying exclusively when the gripper locks the bottle in place. Therefore, the rinsing process remains efficient and sustainable throughout operation.

Bottle format compatibility

The Used Rinsing Machine Poggio for glass bottles 6000 bph supports two standard bottle formats: Bordeaux and Champagne. To clarify, the machine includes adjustable centering systems and interchangeable adapters to maintain bottle stability during tilting and rinsing. In addition, the design of the infeed star and bottle guides allows operators to change formats quickly. As a result, the machine maintains production continuity and minimizes downtime. Hence, manufacturers can easily integrate it into existing lines that require flexibility. Furthermore, its high positioning accuracy ensures smooth operation even in high-speed automated systems.

Performance and production capacity

This machine consistently delivers a nominal output of 6,000 bottles per hour. Thanks to its 24 grippers, the machine supports continuous operation while respecting the necessary rinsing time per unit. While variables such as water pressure, line stability, and feeding regularity may influence actual performance, the machine typically operates within standard tolerances. In other words, it remains reliable for medium-capacity bottling lines. Additionally, operators can optimize settings based on specific production requirements without compromising throughput.

Industrial applications and usage contexts of the Used Rinsing Machine Poggio

Industries in the wine and sparkling wine sectors commonly adopt the Used Rinsing Machine Poggio for glass bottles 6000 bph.
