Due to its high output power, this water-cooled laser is particularly suitable for tasks that require a high heat input into the workpiece. This includes, for example, the welding of metals or plastics, cutting, material removal or structuring. With the optional use of a 2D galvo scanner, the laser beam can also be guided over the workpiece under software control. The laser can be modulated digitally and analog (power setting) and can also be controlled and monitored via control software.
The illustrations show a setup with a galvo scanner. However, the system can also be optionally equipped with a welding head or cutting head. Laser class 1 can also be achieved by installing side panels and a front door with laser protection window (all available). The working area is height-adjustable by means of an electrically controlled Z-axis.

The laser system is prepared for integration into a higher-level system, but can also be used as a stand-alone system. In the event of integration, interfaces for interlock, emergency stop, external laser control etc. are available. Optionally, individual components of the system can also be integrated into a system at the customer's premises. We are happy to support the customer according to agreement and their specifications.
