PROCESS

The ROSSI & CATELLI OLIMPIC TC XX/ASD is designed to continuously perform the different stages necessary for the thermal treatment of the product.

The product circulates through the multitubular system, where it can pass through different phases of preheating, heating, sterilization, thermal holding, and cooling, depending on the configuration and parameters established for each process.

Indirect exchange allows for controlled product temperature while keeping it separate from the heat transfer fluid.
