The machine consists of five stations:

Station 1 – Unwinder
Station 2 – Noseband punching and embossing roller welding
Station 3.1 – Printing and welding of ear bands
Station 3.2 – Folding edge alignment
Station 4 – Contour welding and mask punching/cutting
