Electro-pneumatically controlled screen printing machine for flat printing, with micro-processor control, touch screen display for the adjustment of the required parameters. Equipped with feeding, deposit and take-off station. Pneumatic squeegee and flood bar pressure ajustable via manometer, pneumatic squeegee switching, with squeegee quick clamp device, squeegee stroke, squeegee pressure and flood bar adjustable. The printing movements are individually adjustable during set-up.
Flat printing machine with 2printing stations, servo-controlled turning unit for crates, incl. crate reception. In each station the crates will be turned by 180° thus they can be printed from four sides. Machine with parallel lifting upper frame, printing size: approx. 400x 600mm. With motor-driven squeegee move, incl. XY-adjustability for the screen frame and safety equipments. Pressured air connection of 6bar necessary, connection power: 230V, 50 Hz.
