The VU500M is a state-of-the-art 5-axis gantry milling machine, being showcased for the first time to an international trade audience at EMO. It combines maximum machining accuracy with high dynamics, making it ideal for complex workpieces in tool and mold making, aerospace technology, as well as general mechanical engineering.

High-Performance Technology for Maximum Precision

Equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus control system (5 axes, up to 4 simultaneously controllable), the VU500M offers advanced CNC technology including iHMI, TCP (Tool Center Point Control), and intelligent spindle temperature compensation.

C-axis rotary range: 360°

Thanks to a directly driven high-speed spindle and high-resolution FAGOR glass scales on all axes, the machine achieves a positioning accuracy of 0.006 mm and repeatability of 0.004 mm.
