• Diameter Range: Capable of producing ducts from 80 mm up to 1600 mm. 14 Forming Heads included: 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 450, 500, 630, 710, 800, 1000, 1120, 1250 mm
• Material Thickness:
- Galvanized Steel: 0.4 mm – 1.25 mm
- Stainless Steel: 0.4 mm – 0.8 mm
• Decoiler System: Professional coil holder (decoiler) equipped with mounting rails for easy positioning and stability.
• Run-off Tables: Two heavy-duty roller tables for producing and supporting ducts up to 6 meters in length.
• Cut-off System: High-speed Flying Slitter—ensures a quiet, spark-free, and perfectly clean cut, maintaining the integrity of the galvanized coating.
• Discharge Supports: Special supports/ramps for safe and efficient unloading (rolling off) of the finished ducts from the machine.
