Industrial washing machine for cleaning and degreasing workpieces using an alkaline cleaning agent. The machine is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 1.4301. It features double walls with insulation in between. A rotating basket for parts is included, with spray nozzles for detergent positioned both above and below. An integrated filter removes coarse contaminants. The machine is equipped with a detergent pump and a drain pump to remove the used cleaning fluid. Level switches in the tank detect the fluid level. Leakage is monitored. The control cabinet has a digital temperature display. The cabinet is also equipped with a signal lamp to indicate the status. The machine is in very good condition and can be used immediately in your production process.
