Due to the weight in the chain box, the hoist was hanging crooked when the hook was unloaded. This caused wear on the chain guide. I don't expect any safety implications, but a technical inspection is required to determine if repairs to the chain guide and chain are necessary.

The hook attachment can be removed, allowing the hoist to be mounted on a trolley or other equipment.

Packing on a Euro pallet and loading onto a truck are included in the price.
