Description:
• Semi-automatic gantry nailing machine for producing various types of pallets and crate components.
• For loading loose blocks and boards, either a flexibly adjustable clamping system or a wooden template wall is available to ensure minimal setup times.
• Divided into two work zones, the operator alternates between working on the left and right sides of the machine.
• The nailing bridge can be equipped with up to 8 nailing units using jumbo coil nails (approx. 8,000 nails). By simultaneously activating the nailers, this machine achieves very short production cycles and high output rates.
• Operation and programming of new pallet types is performed via a touch display. Existing programs can be accessed from memory at any time. Manual teach-in of nail positions is not required!
• NEW – Robot for pallet stacking
