Overview These 2 isobaric pressure tanks (150 hl each) manufactured by TMCI Padovan in 1994 originate from the wine industry and were previously used for sparkling wine production. The tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade epoxy coating, representing a widely used technology before stainless steel tanks became the industry standard. Each tank is fully insulated and equipped with a complete cooling jacket, allowing temperature-controlled processing.
