Description:

Solid steel construction for high machine stability. Workpiece feed via sliding transport chain with plastic plates. Upper pressure fitted with two rows of rubber-coated rollers. Manual adjustment of upper pressure with automatic positioning of the units according to the changed workpiece thickness. Mechanical digital display of panel thickness. PLC for on/off control of the motor and glue pot. Glue pot with standby function for temperature control. Start/stop function for all motors. End trimming unit for 3 mm edging rolls. Support tray for edging rolls with up to 800 mm diameter. Central dust extraction. Roller rail as workpiece support along the entire machine. Safety cover over all processing units. Jointing milling unit before the gluing section, for preparing the workpiece edge for adhesive application. With adjustable infeed fence. Maximum material removal 2 mm. 2 motors at 1.1 kW each, 12,000 rpm, max. material removal 2 mm, extraction port Ø 120 mm, incl. 2 WIDIA cutting tools.

Gluing section for hot-melt adhesive with fast heating and adhesive application roller. System for temperature control and recycling of excess hot-melt adhesive. Power requirement 3.5 kW, capacity 1.5 kg, heating time approx. 15 min., depending on ambient temperature and adhesive.

End trimming unit
With 1 saw blade for trimming front and rear edge overhangs at a 90° angle, flush to the workpiece. Trimming for the front and rear overhangs can be controlled individually as needed. Motor: 0.35 kW. Saw blade speed: 12,000 rpm.

Flush milling unit
With 2 motors for milling a radius or chamfer on the top, bottom, and/or front edge. Vertical and horizontal motor adjustment on hardened steel guide rails and ball bearings. Three manually adjustable positions for different edge thicknesses. Motor not tiltable. Unit complete with WIDIA cutting tools 2/3 mm. 2 motors, 0.55 kW each, 12,000 rpm. Diamond cutting tools, 68mm Z6, R=2.
