The Tri-Mode capability offers three different laser energy delivery modes: CW-Pulse, MicroPulse, and Long-Pulse.
An extremely ergonomic user interface, infrared wavelength, and a wide range of delivery systems provide a broad spectrum of treatment options.

Clinical applications:

The Oculight SLx laser system can be used to perform retinal photocoagulation and glaucoma procedures.
While this infrared laser (810 nm) can be used for conventional photocoagulation, it also offers some unique treatment options, such as:
transscleral retinal photocoagulation for retinal tears and detachments,
transscleral cyclophotocoagulation for refractory glaucoma,
transpupillary thermotherapy photocoagulation for choroidal lesions, and
MicroPulse photocoagulation below the threshold for diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope (LIO)
The TruFocus Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope (LIO) is ideal for patients who are best examined and treated in a supine position.
It features a unique optical design that eliminates the need to adjust the laser focus and allows for a wide range of working distances.
