Compliance with such safety regulations is the responsibility of the final operator.
All contracts concluded by me are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mannheim is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
