ZİM Mühendislik BT AUTOMATIC MANHOLE BASE MACHINE

ZIM BT 1200 machine is designed to increase efficiency for production of manhole base, parcel base products etc. It’s production capacity is very high when you compare with the ordinary machines. It has uniqe specifications to increase production capacity, using life, products quality.

The machine consistes of 3 different part. Pallet Stocking Robot, Vibration and Moulding Unit, Mortar Filling Cart.

This machine can produce pipes 1200mm diameter and 1500mm height.
This machine makes all the production full automatic and we use SIEMENS brand PLC microprocessors on it.
There is mortar filling cart on machine. We use inner filling system for mortar filling cart and it makes equal and fast filling to moulds.
There is a Pallet Stocking Robot system and it gives the pallets to the machine automatically.
Production is done on production pallets, This production pallets should wait till the products dry and it takes around 24 hours if there is no curing system.
The vibration system of machine is controlled by frequency driver controll system. It does not need any mechanic settings. It can easily adjusted from operator pannel.
