The 33C (ZZS) model 3A662 is a specialized hob sharpening machine designed for precise sharpening and regrinding of gear hobs and gear cutting tools. Manufactured by 33C (Soviet Union), this machine is intended for industrial tool rooms and gear manufacturing facilities requiring reliable accuracy and repeatable grinding quality.

The machine is suitable for sharpening hobs with a maximum diameter of 235 mm and a maximum length of 280 mm. It supports hobs with 4 to 30 flutes and allows grinding of straight and helical flutes with a helix angle range from 0° to 45°, covering a wide range of gear cutting applications.

The grinding spindle is designed for grinding wheels with diameters from 200 to 250 mm. Spindle speed is adjusted via step pulleys and offers four speed stages: 1500 / 1900 / 2100 / 2600 rpm, ensuring flexibility for different tool sizes and materials.

The machine is equipped with a dividing mechanism and supplied with a complete set of change gears, allowing accurate indexing during the sharpening process. A hydraulically driven table provides smooth longitudinal movement and stable grinding conditions.

With overall dimensions of approximately 2580 × 1440 × 1520 mm and a machine weight of about 3730 kg, the 3A662 features a rigid and robust construction, providing excellent vibration damping and long-term operational stability. The machine operates on three-phase AC power (380 V / 50 Hz) and is supplied with original factory documentation.
