HFFS Packing Machine

AMTEC HFFS Z110-S FSP

Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of stand-up pouches (doypacks) with regular and irregular shape, with hanging hole, with zipper. Suitable for small stand-up bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). Two bags are handled per machine cycle, whereby a higher output will be achieved per minute. 2 dosing units are needed and accordingly 2 charging hopper are mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with two additional dosing units and charging hoppers does exist, either to handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous materials).
