BMF TWISTER

We are selling our mint condition BMF TWISTER blasting machine (demonstration model), built in 2025. The machine operates fully automatically and without compressed air. The workpieces rotate in a cloud of blasting media and are thus blasted on all sides. The desired settings (e.g. blasting time, speed of the blast wheel) are simply entered via a touch panel. The entries can be saved as recipes and reused later. No skilled personnel required.
Quick workpiece change system, up to 100 workpieces per blasting cycle.

Many commercially available blasting medias can be used, e.g. stainless steel, glass or ceramics. The system includes a suitable extraction system. Inspection and test blasting of customer parts are possible at our premises.
