BRIQUETTING and PELLETING technology:

The BS70 type BRIQUETTING PRESS equipment can be versatilely used for the processing of naturally renewable raw materials for the production of new, processed commercial goods. The equipment is used for processing and pressing materials such as straw, legumes, hay, paper, wood and other natural materials and their mixtures.

The manufacturer designs the equipment according to the product to be processed. The moisture content of the raw materials to be processed is max. 10-12% and must not contain foreign matter (metal, gravel, sand, etc.). Pressing takes place without the addition of any additives or binders, only as a result of pressing, during which (depending on the base material) a density of over 1 kg/dm3 can be achieved.

The resulting end product is automatically placed in the storage bags without manual handling, suitable for continuous operation. This can be ensured with 4 briquette presses (briquette diameter 70 mm) and 1 pelletizing machine (pellet diameter 6 mm), which can be installed in a 15x20x6.3 meter hall. The equipment is suitable for 16 hours of work per day, with 2 x 7 hours of continuous operation within that.

BS70 Briquette press (4 Pcs):

The press piston presses the material into a conical tube, which creates a continuous rod with a diameter of 70 mm. The pressure is adjustable and the feed of the conveyor screw can be controlled in the same way. The exchangeability of the press tools enables the control of the quality and density of the manufactured briquettes. As an option for the various raw materials, we deliver various press scopes, which undergo testing before delivery, if the customer provides a raw material sample. By changing the press tool, the machine is also suitable for the production of litter and loose briquetting of feed, or even for making a mixture as an option.

The material is pressed without binders or chemical additives. Depending on the density of the processed material, we obtain different products, the specific gravity of which can exceed 1 kg/dm3.

The performance of the pelletizing and briquetting system is 1.5 tons/hour based on wheat straw. The performance of the production and the quality of the product are determined by the adjustable speed of the screw and the adjustable press pressure depending on the quality of the raw material. PELLETING technology for biomass:

The manufactured finished product is a 6 mm pellet, 10-40 mm long.
Raw material to be processed: hay, straws.

Moisture content: max. 10%.

To produce the pellets, the technology incl.:pre-shredding (drying), grinding, dosing unit ,moistening, pelletizing equipment, cooling system, screen, filter and a pellet bagger (manual)
