Both the base frame and the moving platen shells are each manufactured from a single piece of welded steel. Bearings are made of bronze with special steel, while shafts, tie arms, and helical gears are all produced from high-grade steel.

Highly sensitive adjustment of the pressure is made possible by extra-precise eccentric bushings. These bushings are securely locked by safety gears to prevent unintended adjustments.

The generous opening dimension and the platen striking in three end positions allow for easy loading and unloading, thereby achieving high average hourly throughput.

The guide support is low-maintenance. Can be deactivated during continuous, single, or incremental stroke operation. Forming accuracy is especially high with balance compensation. Individual dies can be held with unchanged material without heavy sheet guides. Material waste is reduced, and handling is simplified accordingly.

All impression rails are mounted on a mechanically steplessly adjustable auxiliary bridge.

A clear working area is important for flawless insertion; a suitable cutting plate allows for immediate trouble-free waste removal and direct view of the belt slides and the infeed rollers.

The die-cutting pressure is distributed through the diameter of the die-cutting wheels over several large blocks, which transfer their force directly to their respective seats in the base, making the cutting process integral to the foundation.

All machine equipment is designed for 220/230 V ~ 50 Hz; special voltages available on request.

Power transmission and braking are managed through an electro-pneumatic clutch; a compressor with a compressed air reservoir is included. Central lubrication system is integrated.

All pneumatic locking devices are fully considered for safety. When operating with timer control, a yellow warning lamp above the machine is illuminated. An additional hand-safety bar above the edge of the closed platen causes an immediate stop upon activation.

The electrical control cabinet is positioned beside the machine to prevent vibration affecting the electrical components. On request, it can be supplied mounted on an unwind unit with a moving control hub.

A dedicated switch system with adjustable rails for smaller formats, as well as a SIMPLABEL drive for variable speed operation, are available upon request.
