A sandblasting cabinet is an enclosed system designed for performing surface cleaning, roughening, or pre-paint preparation on small to medium-sized parts.
Unlike large blasting rooms, cabinets are compact and self-contained, allowing operators to work in a controlled, dust-free environment — safely and efficiently.

Enclosed Working Area:
The cabinet is fully sealed. The operator works through glove ports and views the process through a clear safety window.
Nozzle (Blasting) System:
Compressed air mixes with abrasive material (such as sand, corundum, steel grit, or glass beads) and propels it toward the surface for cleaning.
Lighting System:
Equipped with bright LED lighting for excellent visibility inside the chamber during operation.
Dust Extraction / Filtration Unit:
Collects and filters dust generated during blasting, keeping the air clean and maintaining operator safety.
Abrasive Recovery System:
Used abrasive falls into a collection hopper, is cleaned, and recycled for reuse — making the process cost-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Ergonomic Design:
