HIGH-QUALITY SCREENING DRUM – OPTIMIZED DESIGN

Suitable for Doppstadt SM 620 / SM 518 and Komptech Nemus 620

Robust construction – optimized hole geometry – high screening performance

Are you looking for a powerful and durable screening drum for professional use?

Our screening drum has been optimized in its design to combine high stability, reliable material flow, and the lowest possible tendency to clog.

Suitable for processing:

Compost

Topsoil

Biomass

Wood and organic materials

other bulk goods – depending on the selected hole pattern

-----

WHAT MAKES THIS SCREENING DRUM SPECIAL?

Trapezoidal hole pattern – 18 to 20 mm

The openings are laser-cut in a trapezoidal shape and widen from 18 mm to 20 mm.

Due to this special geometry, material components that become lodged in the opening during the screening process can more easily exit again.

The result: ➡️ fewer clogged openings ➡️ reliable material flow ➡️ consistent screening process.

As a result, the drum is not only designed for the largest possible screening area but also for the stresses of daily professional use.

-----

A special design advantage:

Reinforced screw conveyor

In the area of the screw conveyor, there are no openings on either side over a distance of approximately 15–30 mm.

This keeps the heavily stressed area closed and provides higher material stability.

➡️ higher load capacity ➡️ less weakening of the material ➡️ robust design of the screw conveyor ➡️ designed for demanding continuous use

Rectangular alignment of the hole pattern in the material flow direction

This ensures that the material is guided in a controlled manner over the screening area and the available screening area is used efficiently.

INDIVIDUAL HOLE PATTERN POSSIBLE

Depending on the application, different hole patterns or screen widths may be of interest.

Do you need a different hole size or a special design?

Please contact us. We will gladly check the appropriate design for your application.
