The hydraulic four-column press The MV-250E/NC belongs to the M/NC series and was specially designed for higher precision and capacity, especially for deep drawing operations.
Equipped with an upper and lower table made of C45E steel, provided with DIN 650 grooves to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is achieved by maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and perfect parallelism thanks to four chrome-plated and ground cylindrical columns.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 290 bar, ensuring a long service life and reliable performance.
It meets all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electro-welded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• The lower table features a 50-ton hydraulic cushion with a usable area of 950 x 750 mm and three front consoles for supporting the tools outside the press.
• A SIEMENS KTP-400 NC is integrated for controlling the upper table stroke, speed changes, and cushion control.
• Includes a SIEMENS S-7 PLC that allows programming of 99 memory settings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
• Single-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides.
• The entire hydraulic group is mounted on the upper part of the press.
• The hydraulic group includes a low-noise Denison hydraulic pump and an air-oil cooler.
• Includes:

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control panel includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch KTP-400 touchscreen. It allows for the programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. It has a memory capacity of 99 recipes, each of which can program all of the above values.
• The electrical control panel features a selector switch for selecting the type of work to be performed: manual "adjustment" or automatic "production" cycle.
• The machine is operated via low-voltage electric pedals.
• For safety, it features Level IV photoelectric barriers in the front work area, two fixed side guards, and a practical guard with a magnetic separation detector in the rear.
