STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed motorized hydraulic presses with a movable frame and adjustable head from the ST series, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut with oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structures.
It allows access to different pressure points without the need to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral displacement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the frame.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses consist of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed using finite element software. All of this guarantees our high standards of precision and quality.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with lapped liner, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. Cylinder actuation via a lever-operated hydraulic distributor.
It is equipped with a removable wiper to prevent piston damage.
Two-speed motorized hydraulic unit with automatic disengagement of the approach speed by hydraulic pressure and a relief valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Electrical installation equipped with a motor guard with emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge with reading in tons and hydraulic oil.
Complies with and meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
