Thickness planer DMS 51E with a three-row spiral cutterhead, 84 knives, four-way rotatable, and reversible indexable inserts 15x15x2.5mm.
Planer width 510mm, 2 table slide rollers with fine adjustment in the thickness table.
The thickness table is mounted on four large-sized spindles, ensuring stability and preventing tilting; the height adjustment of the thickness table is motorized via push buttons with fine adjustment and an electronic digital display, as well as an integrated handwheel on the side.
Thickness table dimensions are 860 x 530mm, working/planing height is 3.5-230mm. Maximum chip removal is 6mm.
Steel infeed roller with spiral teeth for optimal feed, and a satin-finished steel outfeed roller.

Feed speed is continuously adjustable from 4-20 m/min.
Minimum working length is 240mm. Dust extraction nozzle Ø160mm, standard with noise protection cladding.
The robust steel-cast iron construction ensures a perfect planing result.
The machine is test-planed at our facility before delivery.
