Used Italpresse UT/6 hot press
for surface finishing by applying veneers to chipboard, plywood, MDF, solid wood, or plastic laminates, also suitable for aluminum and other metals.
The press platens are solid plates made of perforated steel.
Platen dimensions: 3000 x 1300 mm.
Maximum opening: 400 mm.
Platen heating is achieved with heat transfer oil and an electric boiler, complete with a circulation pump.
Boiler: 27 kW - 380 V.
Selector switch for using 50% of the boiler's power (13.5 kW in 1st position) or 27 kW in 2nd position.
Pressing time can be set with automatic opening.
Maximum pressure: 300 bar.
Option to exclude 2 lateral cylinders from the control panel.
Protective Mylar film on the platens.
