Refurbishment and production of rollers designed for cleaning and peeling vegetables: potatoes, celery, carrots, beetroot, white root parsley.

Roller refurbishment process:

- Removal of old abrasive layer
- Cleaning of metal surfaces
- Application of new abrasive layer, if required in several coats
- Thickness and grain size of the abrasive layer according to individual requirements!
- Grain size Nr10-Nr46, silicon carbide, corundum
- Layer thickness from 1.5 mm up to 6 mm

Multiple layers result in a more stable surface.
