mütek bale presses / packaging machines have been developed for the production of bales from a wide variety of materials, such as shredded miscanthus or elephant grass, wood chips, sawdust and shredded straw. The machine is characterized by a robust design, which guarantees consistent quality in continuous operation.
The bale press compresses the material fed into the hopper without the addition of binders by means of hydraulic pressure and packages the material in plastic bags. The volume of the material can be significantly reduced with the bale press. The volume reduction rate depends on the material. The maximum material moisture content must not exceed 18% dry weight.
The hopper of the mütek bale press can be filled automatically or manually and has a volume of approx. 0.7 m³. Hoppers with larger volumes or with an integrated suction and filter system as a complete disposal unit are also available. In addition to automatic filling via a dust extraction system, mütek also offers filling by means of screw conveyors. In both variants, automatic dust extraction is possible.
mütek bale presses are equipped with a control cabinet.
In the standard version, the dimensions of the bales (width x depth x height) are 400 x 400 x 800 mm. However, the height can be adjusted to your requirements on request.
