The MADORA GP 600 2Z is the smallest model in our product line: a versatile deburring machine for cleaning sheet metal after various cutting processes. Equipped with two "Z" type processing units, it stands out for its outstanding flexibility and machining capacity. This deburring machine can perform two operations in a single pass: it not only removes scale after plasma cutting, but also deburrs or rounds the edges of components after laser cutting. With a machining width and thickness capacity of up to 600 mm, it is ideally suited for small and medium-sized workpieces. With the right tooling, the GP 600 2Z is also capable of heavy-duty edge rounding and oxide removal.
The machine features a TFT touch-screen control panel, enabling the operator to precisely and continuously adjust processing parameters such as workpiece thickness, feed speed, and tool rotation speed. Each processing unit can be controlled independently, allowing the operator to select the desired processes in a single pass.
