The DM1100 Z refines and deburrs aluminum sheets cut by laser, punching, or shearing.

This machine features a single wide-belt station that can be used to deburr parts with a size of 50×50 mm and a width of up to 1100 mm.

The DM1100 Z is also suitable for surface finishing and can be operated with both standard abrasive paper and non-woven/scouring belts.

Using an optional extension table, the new DM1100 Z can be combined with an existing DM1100 C edge-rounding machine.

We also offer a parts return system for this machine.
