Material design and chemical resistance:

As standard, the components in contact with the media, such as the tank interior, workpiece basket, and filter unit, are made of V2A / AISI 304 stainless steel.

Depending on the chemical used and the process conditions, these components can also be optionally manufactured from V4A / AISI 316 stainless steel. V4A is particularly required for aggressive, chloride-containing, or highly corrosive chemicals.

For the correct material selection, please provide the technical data sheet or the chemical composition of the intended paint stripping agent before preparing the quote.
