The "T-Rex 140 Double-Power" pressure/injector blasting cabinet can be used either in pressure blasting or injector blasting mode. This allows for even the most difficult blasting work to be carried out. The also integrated injector blasting mode can be used for lighter blasting tasks, saving on expensive compressed air. The blasting mode (pressure blasting or injector blasting) is easily selected using a selector switch on the cabinet base.

The compact, combined pressure/injector blasting cabinet has an integrated cartridge filter extraction system. Thanks to the permanently installed filter system, the sandblasting cabinet requires little space and is easily transported using a pallet truck or forklift.

The compact design of the blasting cabinet makes it ready for immediate use; all that's required is to connect the compressed air and power supplies and fill it with abrasive.

The integrated cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility in the blasting chamber. At the same time, optimal abrasive cleaning is achieved, allowing the blasting material to be reused as often as possible. The use of state-of-the-art fan technology results in an extremely low power consumption (0.75 kW), making the injector blasting cabinet extremely economical.

Our high-performance injector blasting head (fresh blasting head) creates a high negative pressure and thus achieves high blasting performance, enabling fast, economical work with the vacuum blasting cabinet. The blasting nozzle is made of boron carbide and achieves extremely long service life, even when using corundum blasting media. The pressure blasting head is also equipped with a boron carbide blasting nozzle for maximum service life.

A modern, energy-saving LED light is mounted on the cabin roof, protected from dust, to illuminate the blasting chamber. This ensures optimal illumination of the blasting chamber and enables fast, fatigue-free, and economical work.

Our sandblasting cabinets are constructed from sturdy sheet steel, allowing for a high load-bearing capacity of the work grid.

All SAPI blasting cabinets comply with all current safety standards and are equipped with a door safety switch that immediately stops the blasting process if the cabinet is opened during blasting.

Metal blasting media, cast steel, steel grit, chilled cast iron, stainless steel blasting media, corundum, glass beads, plastic granules, vegetable granules, etc. can be used as blasting media.
