The baler was partially overhauled. The piston rods and seal sets of the two main hydraulic cylinders were replaced and general maintenance work such as oil and filter changes etc. was carried out. Finally, after the overhaul work, the machine was tested.

The press is equipped with a hydraulic tilting device for loading in order to empty lattice box containers on a truck ramp. For example, the machine can be positioned with the tilting device on a truck ramp. There, the employees can roll the material to the tipping device with a mesh trolley and then have it tipped hydraulically into the baler.

The machine can also be loaded from the side via the large feed/storage container using a forklift truck or wheel loader. Conveyor belt loading would certainly also be feasible.
