Styrotec STYROSHRED

The shredder breaks large, bulky pieces made of Styrofoam and EPS and similar materials with a maximum raw density of 30kg/m³ into small pieces. The shredder reduces the volume by around 65%.

This makes the machine ideal for use in industrial and craft companies as well as for wholesale and retail trade with Styrofoam packaging material.

Sieve 10 mm: approx. 3 m³/h
Sieve 20 mm: approx. 8 m³/h
Sieve 30 mm: approx. 13 m³/h
Sieve 40 mm: approx. 18 m³/h
Sieve 50 mm: approx. 23 m³/h

Depending on the sieve set, the volume can be reduced by 3:1 just by shredding your Styrofoam residues. Custom-made products are available on request.
