Tacchella Proflex 2 LR-B

High-precision CNC external and internal cylindrical grinding machine from the Tacchella Proflex series – suitable for machining shafts, bearings, spindles, and polygonal/non-round workpieces in small to large batch production. The machine is supplied together with a Promot Automation EPL automation system.

Capable of processing workpieces with diameters up to approx. Ø 400 mm (depending on configuration) and a center height of up to approx. 305 mm.

Typical grinding lengths range from approx. 400 to 1,600 mm between centers.

Multi-wheel configuration possible (2–4 grinding wheels), alternatively with conventional grinding wheels (e.g., Ø 610 / 760 mm) or high-speed CBN wheels (Ø 400 / 500 mm) for demanding applications.

Monolithic machine bed made of stabilized cast iron with coolant channels for thermal stability and vibration damping.
