Hello, I am offering a used Corona / Plasma treatment system for sale. The material to be treated is placed on a conveyor belt. Sensors automatically activate the plasma / corona discharge when the substrate is positioned beneath the head. The feed speed is adjustable. The conveyor belt has a width of 650 mm. The system is mounted on casters, making it mobile. An exhaust fan is also installed and only the exhaust air needs to be ducted outside. This system is ideal for treating the surfaces of plastic materials or glass to improve printability. It is also suitable for the pretreatment of materials to enhance adhesion for bonding.
