A) Composition of the Preliminary Planing Line

• Heavy-duty roller conveyors, up to 12,000 mm x 1,800 mm, for the transportation and storage of pallets with dry wooden components prepared for preliminary planing

• Scissor lifts with 1,200 kg lifting capacity, platform dimensions 1,800 mm x 1,600 mm, for lifting pallets with wooden elements so the operator can comfortably load the moulder’s infeed magazine

• Belt feeders with a horizontal magazine, 800 mm long, 5 units. Maximum loadable workpiece: width 110 mm, length 600 mm, thickness 100 mm

• STG-2 planers, 5 dual-spindle machines: top and bottom spindles, infeed and transportation of wood elements via toothed-chain conveyor

• STG-4 planers, 6 four-spindle machines (1 unit as a spare): four-sided planing - top, bottom, right, and left spindles, with chain-feed system guiding the workpiece

• Inter-planer conveyors for automatic transfer of workpieces from the first planer, automatic flip (top/bottom), and automatic loading into the four-spindle STG-4 planer – 5 units

• Chain conveyors with magazines, 6 units (1 as a spare), for processing wooden elements (thickness and width reduction). These feeders are installed at the infeed of the STG-4 planer.

• 10 sorting stations for classifying wooden elements and sorting out defective or thin side/end trimmings

• 11 auxiliary tables for sorting and placing trimmings, 1,500 mm x 400 mm

• Scissor lifts for Euro pallets, 1,300 x 900 mm, 22 units, 600 kg lifting capacity each

• Scissor lifts for dual-spindle STG-4 planers, 1,800 x 1,600 mm, 5 units, 1,200 kg capacity

• Circular saws with rail-mounted carriage for end trimming and cross-cutting wooden components, 2 units

• Loading ramp for planing pallets with wooden elements – 6 rows with roller conveyors 12 metres each, 1,800 mm wide
