Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

Intended primarily for the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (but also beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving design allows successful use in small, medium, and large companies. The low price makes this investment worthwhile even for small series and one-off productions.
Drive is via pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free dual-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, central pull point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be positioned without hindrance. In most cases, clamping of the workpieces is not required. Stroke adjustment is via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple pieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available at attractive conditions upon request.
