The X-Series operates according to a simple principle with a focus on oil conservation and safety: The device creates a vacuum and draws the used frying oil through a hose into a closed tank. Since the hot oil is not drained, a safe working environment is created around the fryer. During this innovative oil removal process, the frying medium is passed through an environmentally friendly filter pad. This ensures very fine microfiltration without the use of chemicals or additives. By removing the finest food residue and carbon particles, oil savings of up to 50% are achieved. After emptying, the fryer can be thoroughly cleaned while the oil is stored in the VITO X filter system. After the filtration process, the frying medium is pumped back. The result? Clean oil for a delicious fried product and a satisfied, satisfied customer.
