We produce our systems directly in Poland. Only components such as gearboxes and motors are purchased from well-known manufacturers. Everything else is designed and built in-house, which means we can meet every requirement.

Honest price:
We produce in Poland and stand by it. Other competitors who write "Made in Germany" on their products only assemble them in Germany and usually source components from Lithuania.
We let you benefit from the low production costs, which means that our offer price is usually 40% lower than that of our competitors.

These machines for producing pellets are completely new on the market in this price/performance segment and unique in Europe! You can only get WALW-Solutions machines exclusively from us!

From systems for processing the company's own sawdust from firewood processing or from your carpentry shop, to the professional production of pellets on an industrial scale from wood chips, straw, miscanthus, ... - but also for the production of hay or straw cops, we can make you the right offer!

Our systems have a capacity of 150kg / hour up to 5t / hour. And have all the necessary components to implement a fully automated system. For this purpose, we find the right solution for all raw materials or options for integrating automation into existing systems.

All machines and controls are equipped with components from Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric or similar.
