ZERMA GSL 300

The cutting mills in the GSL series 300/400 to 300/800 are primarily intended for the shredding of production-related scrap material in the injection molding and blow molding sectors.

In addition to the key advantages of the GSL series, the slow-running cutting mills GSL 300/400, GSL 300/600 and GSL 300/800 are particularly suitable for large-area parts, such as car door panels, bumpers or hollow bodies.

The "V-arrangement" of the rotor blades keeps the pre-shredded material in the center of the rotor. This significantly reduces wear on the grinding chamber walls when grinding glass fiber reinforced plastics. Material sticking to the side walls is avoided. The staggered arrangement of the rotor disks means that only individual blades are used at any one time, so a higher cutting force is available in each case.
