Wooden glulam press
for glued wooden beams of up to 12000 mm and 150 mm width and max. 600 mm height, depending on the type of wood and thickness of the boards.

The machine has 12 cylinders of 10 T pressing force each.
The hydraulic system is based on BOSCHREXROTH components, except for the cylinders.
It is located behind the press.
The oil tank holds 500 l of hydraulic oil.
The pump is driven by a 15 KW motor.
The cylinders can be controlled together or individually via a control panel.
The travel speed is downwards 10 mm sec. upwards 25 mm sec.
With the appropriate moulds, curved wooden trusses can also be produced.
The pressure holding time can be preset.
