SAPI Premium 200-liter pressure blast machine with cyclone cleaner and abrasive vacuum for abrasive treatment. This blasting system provides a cost-effective, highly economical, and effective solution for open blasting work with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.

Open blasting system for manual sandblasting of many different types of workpieces using a blaster with abrasive treatment.

The abrasive is collected by hand after blasting and pushed into the collection hopper on the floor. The abrasive vacuum extracts the abrasive from the hopper and pulls it through the cyclone cleaner. The dust is extracted and collected in the dust container of the vacuum. Coarse particles are separated by a sieve.

The cleaned abrasive falls back into the vented pressure blast pot and is available for reuse.

Our SAPI safety shut-off ensures a safe and economical blasting process. The remote control allows you to start and stop the blast pot using a hand lever mounted on the blast hose package.

This is a highly economical and effective solution for open blasting operations with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.
